Maradona, 50, with his girlfriend, Veronica Ojeda, was crossing a residential area when the accident happened in Ezeiza. Luckily, the accident was not too severe and Maradona confirmed in good condition.
"Nothing serious," a statement which handles Maradona's doctor, Alfredo Cahe, as reported by The Straits Times, Tuesday (12/07/2011).
"Maradona is in good condition, he suffered an injury. They were immediately taken to the hospital for help but no serious problems. They can go home, "said Cahe.
Earlier last week, Maradona also was in the hospital. However, when he was just visiting his mother, Dalma Franco, who were treated after virus.
