The 47-year-old ex-wife then brought the case to court and ask for compensation of 10 thousand euros (USD 120 million) because they never get satisfaction while having sex in bed during the marriage.
This woman was eventually successfully sued her husband under the laws of the French civil code which states if the married couple should share the communal life. This is a rare decision after the judges of high court in Aix-en-Provence to say that sex is part of the wedding.
