What Controls Government Urgency Twitter?

Minister of Communications and Information Tifatul Sembiring said the government is obliged to exercise control over social media (social media) that exist on the Internet such as Twitter and Facebook. "I think this is excessive and likely will be rejected and not approved by Parliament. Because freedom of expression is completely guaranteed by the Act and the 1945 Constitution," he said at the capitol, Jakarta, Thursday (14/07/2011).
