Cebu City police officials Timmar Alam said police arrested the grandfather was in his house.
The grandfather was suspected of sexually abusing seven girls, while in his home.
"When we reached her house, we saw four little girls in the living room but the little girl who was in the kitchen to escape," said Alam, told AFP on Thursday (07/21/2011).
