A man named Anthony Garcia (32) appears in a large court in the state of New Mexico, United States (U.S.) after a day earlier convicted on charges of cases of food mixes with semen as well as making a false statement in front of federal investigators.
"No one was allowed to run into problems like this because they receive food samples given while shopping," said District Attorney Kenneth Gonzales.
Garcia accused of mixing the yogurt with a semen sample in a Sunflower Market store in Albuquerque, in January.
