Tiri brother Saddam Hussein Executed Will

BAGHDAD - Five Iraqi officials of Saddam Hussein's era, including two step-sister of the ruler of Iraq will be executed.

Executions will be carried out by the Iraqi authorities, after the fifth submitted by the United States military (U.S.).

"They will be executed within the next few months," Iraqi Justice Ministry official said Haidar al-Saadi told AFP on Friday (07/15/2011).

The five officials in the previous era of Saddam is the U.S. military backing. They include the 206 prisoners who were detained by important U.S. troops. 206 prisoners are now in the hands of Iraqi authorities.

"We were holding 206 Iraqi prisoners is important after previously been in U.S. hands. The delegation of detainees, including five senior officials in Saddam's regime," said Saadi.

Execution of two of Saddam's brother is, of course, following a similar sentence against Saddam which took place in 2006. When Saddam was found guilty on charges of ordering the killing of nearly 150 people in the town of Dujail in 1982.

After a hunger strike on July 7, 2006, he attended a court hearing that was held on July 26, 2006 in Baghdad. On 5 November 2006, Saddam was sentenced to death by hanging for his involvement in the Dujail case.
