Lancashire - A 61-year-old man was very upset when Andrew Castle's wife who has been married for 18 years ask for a divorce. Andrew immediately set up an artificial electric chair in his garage and tried to kill his wife.
After he learned that his wife demanded a divorce, Castle put the iron chair in his garage, located in Lancashire, England. The man was installing cables, and invite the wife sat in the seat.
Castel's wife, Margaret tried to fight him when he sat in the seat. But Andrew managed to beat him almost to unconsciousness, as reported by the emirates 24 / 7, Thursday (07/07/2011).
Before her husband succeeded in pressing the electric chair, Margaret continues to do the fight and eventually tried to flee.
When the fight moved out of the house, a neighbor who saw the fight is finally called the police.
Margaret suffered head injuries and was hospitalized. While her husband was reported injured in the wrist.
Castle also admitted he attempted premeditated murder and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Castle said he could not cope with divorce. When investigated, the Castle was suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder, namely mental illness that makes people become anxious about something and do something to excess.
