ISTANBUL - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan vowed to respond to attack Kurdish rebels who killed 13 Turkish troops.
Kurdish rebels had killed 13 Turkish soldiers in fighting in Diyarbakir.
The clash occurred when the Turkish military launched an operation in the middle of the base of the mountain region Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). Similarly, as reported by the BBC on Sunday (17/07/2011).
