Rohatin (33), claimed to have given a false report to police Bedok, Singapore on December 26, 2010.
Rohatin reported to police that she was raped by a man from Turkey three times on 24 and December 25, 2010.
In the trial Rohatin said that he began to recognize the man on December 22 and always talking about the problem to the man.
The man then took Rohatin his house, and massaging the man's upper Rohatin permintaanya.
Two days later, Rohatin went to the house the man and confessed that she had been raped. Rohatin lie that the man raped her twice.
As reported by Straits Times, Thursday (14/07/2011), the investigation indicates that Rohatin making false statements such as the Turkish man had a girlfriend and had made false promises to hire him.
Rohatin now threatened with imprisonment for one year or a fine of Rp35 million.
