Police said 32-year-old Breivik is a Christian fundamentalist with a political hold on the right wing. Police say he was anti-Islamic statements uploaded on the Internet and media reports also said he was very strongly opposed to the principle of cultural diversity in Norway. Norwegian media said he wrote a public statement about 1,500 pages before making the attacks.
Before capturing Breivik, Norway western press and the police had accused the Islamic terrorist behind the attack.
